This is what I mean by hatred for creationists. This may not be hatred to you, but if I disrespected someone to the respect that adequate has just done, I know it would be because of my hatred for who that person is. Whereas I merely feel disdain for what Henry Morris has written. Did you never come across the phrase "hate the sin, love the sinner" in your course of Biblical study?

You may think that is hateful, but if you do it is simply more evidence of you being wrong.
Hell, folk at this board have called be lots of really nasty names, even said that I should be taken out and shot. Do I hate them? No, of course not. At most they are worthy of a chuckle or three. But I do hate the idea that there are still folk that teach utter nonsense to vulnerable young kids like Creationism or that the Biblical Flood happened.Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

Remember, all this row between us started when you attacked me first. So don't you dare break your promise to never reply to any of my posts again! I never said such a thing. Why pretend to be concerned and then end the post with an insult like you did? You almost changed my opinion about you, but your last comment stopped that from happening.

I can only speak from experience. When i don't get rid of my rage in some way or at least let people know how I feel and what is bothering me, it only means bigger problems down the road. Who acted as your control group?

Just from the title of those books, it sounds like they would go a long way toward making self control for me possible on this forum. Quite so. As they are designed to lead you to hate and fear people who disagree with you, they will naturally have the exact opposite effect ... oh, wait.

You don't talk about anybody else with the rhetoric you reserve for creationists. That is really all anyone needs to know.

Maybe you guys should all go to the chat room. I'll hang out there for a few minutes in case anyone wants to show up.
AbE: It may be a few minutes for me - this laptop didn't have Java already installed. --Percy Edited by Percy, : AbE.

Why would you come to such a ridiculous conclusion? I wouldn't, but I might feign doing so for the purposes of sarcasm.

You broke your promise.
Your point is only valid for this past month perhaps.
For the latter part of this past week, actually. That was precisely what I've been referring to all along! So snap out of already! ... ,and what I started reading in "three kinds of creationists" set me off on an uncontrollable rage. So why didn't you just say so? And just what the hell did I write that could have set you off?
Other than that, I am usually quite rational. You may not like my point of view, but I am rational. So then seek to be rational again! BTW, Henry Morris was the inventor and purveyor of "Flood Geology". You know, the ICR nonsense that Glenn R. Morton and his fellow geology graduates from the ICR had learned and which caused them crises of faith, including driving Morton to the verge of atheism, when they were faced every day, day after day, with the rock-hard geological evidence that Henry Morris had taught them did not exist and could not exist if Scripture were to have any meaning. I've read a number of his books and I wouldn't trust anything he has to say. Be very careful.

To expand a little on my remarks about Henry Morris; here he is explaining the Secret Satanist Agenda behind .... Jurassic Park. Yeah, the movie with the dinosaurs:
That old Dragon [Satan] had invaded Paradise, and God had cast him out into the earth, where he continues to this day leading men and women to rebel against God and His Word [...] The New Testament word "paradise" is transliterated directly from the Greek, which in turn was taken over from the Hebrew 'pardec' (pronounced "par-dace"). It's basic meaning is 'park'. It may, therefore, be no coincidence that Hollywood's leading 'New Age' producer has chosen to fill his 'Jurassic Park' with a bestiary of revived dinosaurs. The great dragon once again symbolically is living in Paradise. (Morris, ICR Impact, "Dragons in Paradise", July 1993) Now, if you are impressed with this sort of paranoid hermeneutics, then you may well wish to read a whole book in which Mr. Morris exposes the Secret Satanist Agenda behind science. If not, then not so much.

I don't even understand what he is saying. So, that means all his other books are the same? I have read some of his other stuff before. It isn't unintelligible as that.

Re: posted at the request of foreveryoung. You broke your promise. What promise are you talking about. I said that I wasn't going to respond to any post if you are going to call me a lunatic. I was talking about the post you were trying to get me to respond to. I didn't mean I was never going to respond to. Sorry that you got that impression. Edited by foreveryoung, : No reason given.
