God Is Cursing America

Help me out here Buz. On the one hand, God wont reveal himself to us because that would destroy our faith. On the other hand, it's all plagues, pestilence earthquakes and ruin. If you consider those to be acts of God, doesn't that remove the need for faith?In the same light, if God is willing to interfere at all why doesn't he just stick his head through the clouds and say "You there! Stop with the sodomizing!" I bet he would get a much higher level of compliance.

And for this God is dropping trees on old people and killing babies with tornados? He is burning houses in Colorado and causing flooding in Vermont because of Obama's policies toward Israel and his tolerance of homosexuality?I mean with everything God had to say about righteous judgement, don't you think he would just smite the sodomizers and take out Obama. Maybe hurl an asteroid into the pentagon. Hardly seems fair to the dead babies. You would think that, being an omnipotent God and all, he could fine tune the targets of his rage a little.
