How are you supposed to have a debate with someone who takes the position that past posts that are still on screen are too difficult to read?

Apparently, whoever is hosting that picture wants some money.

I understand that the picture of the month is a very low priority. EvC has had the same picture for years. But apparently, the free picture hosting site, Photobucket, has started charging. Meanwhile, they are serving up quite ugly ads for their services in lieu of showing the pictures.
Why not put the picture somewhere else, or host it natively?
