What does it say about the value of your faith if it can't survive unless all other faiths are suppressed? Seems to me that any idea that can't stand on its own in a free marketplace of ideas isn't worth much.

A family of four getting by on $23,000, the poverty level, spends all of their income just to survive, whereas a family of four earning $1,000,000 needs to spend only a fraction of that on their daily needs and thus would pay taxes on only a fraction of their income.The real question is, why in the world do you want to create a disincentive to spend money, when it's the spending of money that drives the economy?
