It says a great deal for the human spirit that people of such opposed views can come together on a site like this and debate their differences with passion, sometimes anger, but always enthusiasm on both sides. I don't think that anyone embodied that spirit more fully than Ivan Cherry.
I join with everyone else in mourning his passing, and expressing my condolences to his family and loved ones.
Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?
