True ... and a speed limit is not a suggestion. But for some reason, motorcycle operators, in general, seem to think they don't have to follow the same laws. I am not defending car drivers who make stupid mistakes, but I am blaming the rider who is "showing off" on his/her bike.
37 years of riding plus 18 years of dealing with LOTS of young riders ... I've seen enough to know what I am talking about.
