I wonder if there's a limit. Is there a number of beloved family members a gun lover is prepared to see die, before they might be prepared to agree that gun ownership is inherently more dangerous than not owning a gun.
Maybe it's the majority of family members in the household - because then, by definition, your guns will have caused more deaths, than lives they could save in the house by successfully defending against home invaders.
Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?
