A really scary thing that I can't get my head around, is that neither of us can perform in situ studies to show bio divergence, or stellar formation and the like.
Yes, I have that problem with the trees in my back yard.
No matter how closely I watch, I never see them grow. So it just must be that some invisible pink unicorns are magically poofing to be a bigger size when I am not watching. What other explanation could there be?
