I expect Ham will play to the crowd rather than honestly debate.
It's a public debate, what else would you expect?
Ken and Bill already have their minds made up on the subject; neither one is there to convince the other of anything; they are both there for the audience.
In terms of public debating Creationists are far more skilled compared to the science-folk.
Bill Nye will lose.

Given the kind of folks Jesus hung with, I think it's safe to say that Christianity, devoid of crazy, is probably a pretty inclusive group.

Of course he does not want to hire just Christians but only Christians willing to pretend the Ark theme park is anything more than a joke.
Nothing wrong with a business that prefers to hire people who believe in their productin this case, literally.

Even you must concede it would be odd for a non-religious organization to hire only fundamentalist Christians.
