We seem to be operating on completely different sets of facts. I would have said that the family theory doesn't pass the smell test and Burke had neither motive nor means.But maybe you know something I don't know. You could convince a grand jury to indict Napoleon for killing Jesus. The DA refused to prosecute because there was no case.The whole thing reminds me of "Who shot JFK?" and "Did we really put a man on the moon?". It's just a rehash of the same old nonsense.

Burke's motive was jealousy. It is a fact that he did smear his feces over JBR bed and toys and chocolates 24 hrs before the murder. It is a fact that he has in the past, hit his sister in the face with a golf club. It has been reported by other family friends that Burke did have anger issues.Burke's means is that he had the physical strength as a 9 year old to inflict a fatal blow to his 6 year old sisters head with a heavy blunt object (Maglight matches the open fracture in victims skull). He also had access to the murder weapon.Burke's opportunity is that he was in the house at the time the crime occurred and has no alibi of being elsewhere.If this is not enough to warrant suspicion I don't know what is.

There is enough of that available online for you to read if you are interested.I will say that the DA at the time torpedoed this investigation from the start by refusing to issue search warrants, providing the Ramsey's ahead of their interviews with transcripts of the police reports, which is unheard of. In addition, the Bolder Police's fecklessness in failing to secure the crime scene and forensics incompetence in gathering evidence. The lead investigator resigned the case after the DA alluded that the decision not to charge was a "political decision."If it is a conspiracy theory it is one founded on the idea that white rich privilege has poisoned our justice system in this instance. Given the particulars of how this crime was investigated it is not a forgone conclusion imo.So paint me as a conspiracy theorist loon if you like,
