There's a significant difference between criminal offenses and civil offenses. Which is why it's at once worrisome and problematic when people (primarily angry Anglo GOP supporters) refer to undocumented immigrants as "criminals." A rapist is a criminal. Being brought across the southern border to the U.S. at 3 years old by one's parents, attending high school, and graduating in the top of the class is not the mark of criminal behavior.

Yes. He lied about claims regarding undocumented immigrants and their supposed criminality. Then there are the issues regarding Trump University.
