Oh aren't you just the last word in precision. Civil offense, criminal offense, it's an OFFENSE for pete's sake. It's AGAINST THE LAW. There's a significant difference between criminal offenses and civil offenses. Which is why it's at once worrisome and problematic when people (primarily angry Anglo GOP supporters) refer to undocumented immigrants as "criminals." A rapist is a criminal. Being brought across the southern border to the U.S. at 3 years old by one's parents, attending high school, and graduating in the top of the class is not the mark of criminal behavior.

The real offense is to refer to illegal immigrants as "undocumented" which pretends they are in some sense legal... Derp. They are legal. They are legal persons. Maybe you should consider studying a bit of civil law before commenting on this. Meanwhile, "undocumented" refers to their actual status in the United State.
...which is a PC lie that has been picked up by the media and shoved down our throats along with all the rest of the PC program to undermine the nation. Utter nonsense. You keep harping on and on about "PC" when this isn't about subscribing to some vague PC perspective. This is about seeing the world without your lenses colored by a racist and xenophobic ideology.
The difference in the terms doesn't mean a lot to me. Kewl story, brah, but the difference in terms sure means a lot to undocumented immigrants who are beaten by Trump supporters who view them as illegal persons.
Hey I'm happy there are success stories like that and I'm all for doing something for them somehow or other... Like what? Call them "illegal" when they are perfectly legal persons? Vote for a GOP candidate who wants to deport them?
...but illegal entry into the country is illegal no matter how you spin it, and declaring illegality legal is mind rape. It's a civil offense, not a criminal offense. Unlike rape. Let me see. Do you call someone who fails to pay rent on time "illegals" (that's a civil offense, not a criminal one)? Or do you view them far more holistically, treating them as individuals instead of lumps of people? Edited by Genomicus, : No reason given.

Ha ha ha. What a nice example of leftist mind-bending word magic. Deserves Runner-Up to Theodoric's Perfect PC.

"Undocumented" instead of "illegal." Ha ha ha what a wonderland the left is. You're not actually addressing my points, so you're kinda incompetent in holding rational discourse. Enjoy your unearned privilege.

Seems nobody wants Christian law any more... Yeah, who would want that?
Sharia sounds better to you. As you describe it, "Christian law" certainly doesn't sound any better than Sharia law.

"Most?" You're an accuser like all the rest here. Not a shred of benefit of the doubt. Oh gawd. You're not very competent at critical reading and verbal skills, it seems. Here's what Donald Trump said: "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people." The implication here is at once obvious and straightforward. (1) Mexico, according to Donald Trump, isn't "sending" their best. Instead, "they're rapists," he says. (2) Some of them he assumes to be good people. He didn't even say that some of them are good people. No -- he assumes that some of them maybe, just maybe, are good people. He said that despite a copious volume of evidence that undocumented immigrants commit less violent crimes than U.S. citizens. Despite the fact that most undocumented immigrants are very good people. They're not the "best" he says with self-righteous pomposity, though he -- of course -- never beat MIT's phenomenal AI team in an underwater robotics competition. Why give a benefit of the doubt when Donald Trump has had every opportunity to further explain himself -- and only deepens his lies and propaganda?

He may be a bully, but "serial liar?" Yes. He lied about claims regarding undocumented immigrants and their supposed criminality. Then there are the issues regarding Trump University. Here is some sample material from this serial liar: "We (Trump University) have an ‘A’ from the Better Business Bureau." "Right now we’re the highest taxed country in the world." "I never once asked that (Megyn Kelly) be removed as a debate moderator." "The birther movement was started by Hillary Clinton in 2008. She was all in!" "We have 93 million people out of work. They look for jobs, they give up, and all of a sudden, statistically, they're considered employed." Claimed that The Art of the Deal is "the No. 1 selling business book of all time." "Even our nuclear arsenal doesn't work. It came out recently they have equipment that is 30 years old. They don't know if it worked." "Our real unemployment is anywhere from 18 to 20 percent. Don't believe the 5.6. Don't believe it." Etc. etc.
And all the rest of the terms are lies, especially the one about pledging to "BAN" all Muslims, without mentioning that he said UNTIL THEY CAN BE INVESTIGATED. Did Donald Trump repeatedly pledge to ban all Muslims from the country? Yes or no?
AND LET ME POINT OUT: there is some kind of in*sane policy that wants us to take Muslims and NOT let us have the CHRISTIAN refugees who would be more compatible with our culture and FOR SURE aren't going to wreak jihad on us or rape Christian women. Please provide evidence that there is a discriminatory policy where Muslim refugees from Syria are favored over Christian refugees from Syria. And by "our culture," do you mean white, patriarchal, Christian culture?
WHAT KIND OF CONSPIRACY IS THIS ANYWAY? Umm, it's a conspiracy theory that's in your head.
Just the usual Leftist hate-America PC bullying, speaking of bullying. Oh, right. Because if someone is against xenophobic, racist, misogynists than they must hate America, right? Edited by Genomicus, : No reason given.
