I have to wonder how they account for Hubble's law.
Including Hubble's law on the list, they also have to account for:
1. Hubble's law, and the wavelength independence of cosmological redshift
2. Tolman Surface Brightness Test
3. Cosmic Microwave Background
4. Time dilation in high redshift type Ia supernovae
We could probably throw a few more on the list.
