It also seems quite obvious to me that the posted picture has been cropped from a larger picture. I'd like to see the larger picture, with the "wheel" in its original context.

No, you've shown us pictures of things you didn't understand and we provided rational explanations for them. Your refusal to accept rationality is not in fact a compelling argument for your position.
