I see a photograph with a green circular blob in the middle. It may be a double exposure, or even Photoshopped, but I tend to think it is likely a droplet on the lens refracting its surroundings out of frame and focus. If you see something else I hope it is a simple case of pareidolia, although upon trying to make sense of your posts, I fear the rabbit hole runs deeper.
