Most people only have three color receptors that define our "primary" colors. Some females have four with orange added due to some sex linked gene associated with colorblindness in males.
To my knowledge, it has not actually been confirmed that any human is a tetrachromat.
I digress, that was a surprisingly interesting discussion about facts.
