Some day a person will come along, "Understanding through Discussion" and we will discuss how people ARE mixing the gospels together. Why should I get caught up into a Poe Troll?

You have been very reticent with answering most questions. I asked the first one, but admittedly I did ask a question about the original post, so perhaps that was not what you wanted to discuss.
You don't have to answer any question you don't want to answer. You can probably just expound on your OP until admin comes around and closes the thread. Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also in prison. Jesus gave himself a ransom for MANY. Who are the many spoken of? Israel!
But a ransom for ALL was not testified until Paul proclaimed it, the revelation of the secret, which was kept secret since the world began.

Why should anyone care whether or not God is reconciled with sin for all time?
Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

God is the sanctifier, not the person, and it comes regardless of how those believers set themselves apart. Our righteous standing before God is accomplished through our being set-apart, the only way we can ever be made totally and perfectly as righteous as God himself is for that believer to be joined to God’s son.
God has set us apart and he calls us righteous based not upon what we do or what we abstain from doing where he’s concerned, or not upon any promise we might make along those lines, but upon Christ’s righteousness and our faith in Christ’s faithful sacrifice on our behalf, because it is at that point of our belief that God’s power from high set us apart.
God alters our identity be removing us judicially in God’s mind from an identification with Adam, and now we are judicially identified with Jesus Christ. God places us into Christ, we have been made part of Jesus Christ’s body, part of his flesh, and part of his bones according to Paul. Sorry that answer is not good enough Poe Troll (God Hater)?

That was not an answer at all. You keep making assertions about God when the question was "Why should anyone care whether or not God is reconciled with sin for all time?"
I did not ask anything about God or the nature of God or your imaginings about God but rather why should anyone care whether or not God is reconciled with sin for all time? God planned that his son become sin for the world, which his son did indeed become, but when it comes to being made the righteousness of God in Christ, what response is necessary in order for a person to be made the righteousness of God, by being placed into Christ?
Belief in what God’s son accomplished, where sins are concerned, is that required response. It is very simple when we understand the difference in Reconciliation and Righteousness.

You are still not even close to answering the questions being asked; any of the questions.

Lets try it this way Peo Troll, the fact that Christ became a redeemer of the world, does not mean that the world will accept the gift the Redeemer purchased on their behalf. Christ’s faithfulness was the only faithfulness sufficient to merit God’s favor. God used our faith in Christ’s faithfulness as the means whereby he would credit Christ’s righteousness to our account.
To be justified does not mean to be perfectly righteous in performance. It also does not mean to become perfectly righteous or even more righteous in performance through time. It means having Christ’s perfect righteousness freely credited to the account of the ungodly who believe.
Our justification was something accomplished for us by God’s grace. This gift decree of righteousness comes totally apart from any and all human promise, any or all human performance, or any or all human production. God will never consider our works as a payment for God’s justifying declaration.

Justification is God’s gift! To say your works have anything at all to do with God’s gift declaration of righteousness is to slap the giver in the face. Remember, we were given our righteous standing as a free gift.

Hello Bob Bobber,
I have to say I haven't wanted to be part of this discussion because you seem to be one of those Lone Rangers who make up your own theology and treat the Body of Christ as all deceived, which is at least borderline heresy. And yet you also seem to have a very fine grasp of the doctrines of grace and the true meaning of salvation. It's hard for me to put it all together and I haven't wanted to get all chewed up in another EvC mangling of Christian doctrine so I've stayed out of it. And I may regret joining in now but I really don't get why you are having such a problem answering jar's question.
jar writes: You are still not even close to answering the questions being asked; any of the questions. Why should I care whether or not God is reconciled with sin for all time? Isn't the answer just the simple one that we're all destined to Hell based on our natural condition, which is the sin we inherit from Adam, and this is due to sin's being what keeps us apart from God, who is holy and can't co-exist with sin. THEREFORE for God to be reconciled to us in our sinful condition is a huge mercy, saving all those from Hell who believe on the salvation through Christ's sacrifice. That's why we should care. It's Hell or reconciliation. Yes?

Does God really hate the human race because of the actions of the human race? The fact is that God loves the human race so much that the magnitude of his love is almost incomprehensible to imagine. In the past, God stood far off from the sinner, but God’s love is so paramount that he says he loves humans who are actively his enemies.
Certainly, the bible shows that God does not like the actions of the human race, but God reconciled himself to his enemies while they are still in hostility, although this statement may appear to be strange and impossible, but it is not. These are important words; God’s reconciliation to the human race took place when the human race was actively his enemy, not after the human race repented.
