The executive order is legal through many offices and documents of the government., as the Townhall article says. Defying that order is what is illegal.

Um, so what you are saying is, when a Texas judge ordered an injunction against one of Obama's executive orders, that judge did not have the authority to do so?

So what you are saying is Obama was in his rights to just ignore the injunction and move ahead with his plans?

You DO understand how our three branches of government are set up, yes? Executive, Legislative and Judicial. We don't live in a monarchy last I checked.

The court is wrong, but that will be shown in any case, so whatever is right in response to the stay I'm for it. I'd think the court would know the order is legal but I guess I'm nave to expect such sanity.

The court is wrong, eh? Well thank you Faith. Good to know that you are also a legal scholar among your many other accolades. Like being an expert on genetics, biology, geology, and so forth.

Well, at least now we know that all of Obama's executive actions were fully legal and that those terrible judges who filed injunctions against them were clearly wrong. Appreciate you clarifying that for us.
