What I mean is, I have noticed a tendency to lump all of Europe together as if it were some mega-county, when something happens in Norway, let's say, I'll often see right-wing American media outlets say it shows how "Europe is spiraling out of control". I'm just following the terminology on the videos. The "Muslim invasion of Europe" seems to be a common idea. Besides, hasn't the EU sort of made it all a "mega country?" Isn't that the whole point of the EU? Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

Because we all know a Christian would *NEVER* desecrate a menorah or engage in any sort of anti-Semitic behavior during Yom Kippur.
Vandals attack menorahs in Park Slope and Prospect Heights Vandals broke two public menorahs in Park Slope and Prospect Heights on Monday night, according to a local rabbi who believes the attacks were fueled by hate anti-Semitic or otherwise. That's from 2016.
Sun City synagogue copes in wake of vandalism of menorah, Holocaust memorial Congregants at a Jewish synagogue in the West Valley received an outpouring of community support this week after vandals attacked a Holocaust memorial and menorah on the first night of Hanukkah. "It was just very shocking," said Irene Smith, president of Temple Beth Shalom in Sun City. "To think they would desecrate the Holocaust memorial. It's very hurtful We have people who are survivors, and it's very painful for them." Again, from 2016.
Jewish brothers attacked by goons uttering ‘F--king Jews’ after attending Yom Kippur services in Brooklyn Two Jewish brothers walking home from Yom Kippur services in Brooklyn were attacked by three men who uttered anti-Semitic slurs, police sources said. And why do I get the feeling that Faith has nothing to say regarding the bomb threats that have been directed at Jewish centers and synagogues around the country of late? You know...the ones Trump claims are being carried out by Jews. But hey, there's only been more than 100 of them. It's not like it's anything to worry about, right?Rrhain Thank you for your submission to Science. Besides, hasn't the EU sort of made it all a "mega country?" Isn't that the whole point of the EU? As an European i haveto say hell to the no. Every country has its own constitution, its own laws, its own politicians, its own language.... The whole thing was originally set up to make one big standerdised market. Im not saying we are not gething there to become something like the united states but we are still way off. Christianity, One woman's lie about an affair that got seriously out of hand What are the Christians gonna do to me ..... Forgive me, good luck with that.

I should have been clearer actually, I was referring to the tendency in general rather than your use of it.
Besides, hasn't the EU sort of made it all a "mega country?" Isn't that the whole point of the EU?
First of all, several countries in Europe are not part of the EU, Norway being an example. Secondly, there are enormous differences between EU member countries at the legal level and even larger ones at the cultural level. They are simply not one "mega-country" in any realistic sense. Of course all the countries do have a politco-economic union now, but they are a long long way off from being like states in the US.However I understand how it might seem like they are sort of a single country. I could go into more detail on how they are not, if you want.

I'm sure you know and I don't, but I don't really see why it matters much. Those seem like rather academic points considering what a big brouhaha Brexit made, but I'll take your word for it. When it comes to the Muslim refugees, however, it seems that Europe more or less in general is taking them in in great numbers, and pretending all is well when it isn't. I know there are exceptions. Hungary, and perhaps the Balkans in general? are rejecting them. ? Greece is being flooded with them, Italy has problems, France has huge problems, the UK has problems, Germany has huge problems, and the Netherlands and Belgium have theirs, so does Sweden, and Norway does too. As I keep hearing it anyway. There are videos of Muslim problems coming out of all of them. I understand all of it is denied of course.

There are videos of Muslim problems coming out of all of them. I understand all of it is denied of course. There are videos of right-wing Christian problems coming out of all of them, too. I understand all of it is denied by you, of course. Look, Faith. This is a debate site. And reasonable, sharp-thinking people don't carry out debates with videos. Videos can be used as an auxiliary aid to demonstrate an overall concept (as Modulous did recently), but they aren't sufficient lines of evidence to demonstrate that there is a "Muslim Problem" in Europe or elsewhere. So. Get to work. Dig up that evidence.

Here's an article from a year ago about the migrant situation in Europe, focusing on a long list of headlines on the subject.
The Muslim Migrant Invasion and the Collapse of Europe Perhaps the most important statistic which stands out comes from the United Nations itself, which reports that 75% of the migrants are young, fit males. I believe it was Mark Steyn who wryly noted, That’s not the demographics of a civilian population displaced by war, that’s the demographics of an army. Ironically, even a handmade sign (see photo below) by migrants camped in Calais, France proves the point: out of the camp’s population of 3455, 2861 are men 82.8%. Long long list of headlines at bottom of the article, I'm copying out only maybe a quarter of them. They are all links to articles.

Long long list of headlines at bottom of the article, I'm copying out only maybe a quarter of them. They are all links to articles. I'm not quite sure what you're trying to demonstrate with a long list of headlines. The only thing that demonstrates is that there are other people who agree with you - some of whom publish newspapers and websites; and some of whom are elected to office. But we already knew that. One of the main self-appointed defenders of European civilisation against the invading Muslim hordes in this country, a politician called Tomio Okamura, issued the famous warning that 'Every kebab purchased is another step closer to the burka'*. But the fact that we have people spreading this panic in a part of Europe where there are hardly any Muslims, and where hardly any Muslims immigrants have any interest in coming; suggests that the existence of panic is not sufficient evidence that Europe is falling down around our ears. *He published an article on his Facebook page, I don't think he originally wrote it.

I knew it would be denied. Since the MSM won't report this stuff and the European press is also disposed to ignore and deny it, the only sources are such as Jihad Watch and the rest of us who care about it. If all you will accept are the MSM then I guess you'll just dismiss anything I can come up with.

I doubt there are Christian rightwing problems but show me if you want. I also don't care because it's just changing the subject.
The first video of the Chrismas tree was apparently quite true, the burning of the tree in Bruseels after they pushed a car down what, an escalator, and they were Muslims, but that one doesn't interest you for some reason. The other one still looks like an attack on the tree to me, they are pulling things off it. The men are not wearing hats either, as reported by Snopes. Those aren't revelers, those are people destroying a tree. As for digging up evidence, the only evidence there is comes from sites I favor because the Left denies it all, so good luck finding anything anybody here would take seriously. Ridiculous, it's perfectly obvious there is a huge Muslim problem in Europe, but oh well. It's only when it bites you in the butt you MIGHT take it seriously.; Maybe not even then. Oh that was really a rightwing Christian.

Donald Trump should you recruit you for his propaganda arm. Your boi Ralph Sidway @ JihadWatch is cherry-picking data -- and unsurprisingly, you fell for it.
Perhaps the most important statistic which stands out comes from the United Nations itself, which reports that 75% of the migrants are young, fit males. Nope. Your propagandist Ralph Sidway links to a UNHCR page which breaks down the demographics of sea arrivals across the Mediterranean; a total of 362,376 refugees arrived across the Mediterranean Sea in 2016; of these, 57.7% of these were men, and only a fraction are combat age. And we all know from elementary school that 57.7% is not 75% (perhaps Ralph is dyslexic, so we can excuse him on that point). Further, when we look to a more complete, larger data set -- the total number of Syrian refugees -- we find that 51.5% are male and 48.5% are female, a pretty even split.
Long long list of headlines at bottom of the article, I'm copying out only maybe a quarter of them. They are all links to articles. You seem to have been reduced to just a link-churning machine, instead of an analytical individual capable of original and independent thinking. Clickbait headlines don't mean a thing; what we need is actual evidence (statistically validated) that OMG-Europe-is-collapsing-because-of-Muslims-climbing-Christmas-trees. Edited by Genomicus, : No reason given.

I've followed Jihad Watch for years and I'll trust them over you any day, especially since video after video after video shows hordes of young men in various European countries without a single woman or child in sight.

True or False: the very link that Ralph Sidway used to support his position (UNHCR) contradicted his assertion that 75% of arrivals are male.
