So much for Il Donald's threats. Despite the rhetoric, several Republican senators have voted against the latest repeal

Sadly I think any effort by dems, should they by some miracle regain house and senate and whitehouse, to improve the ACA, even for adding a "public option" is similarly doomed to fail. Unless people stand up and demand single payer state by state it will never happen.

Because money in politics is against it.
