Now this is interesting. I see that the pages describing a narcissist include charm as a characteristic and the pages describing narcissistic personality disorder do not.
Enviousness and suspicion of other people's motivations
A need for excessive praise and attention.
Insistence on associating only with other special people
Preoccupied by fantasies of great achievements, power, or recognition
Feelings of inferiority, insecurity, and low self-esteem, and an extreme need for the approval of others
Perhaps selfishness in relationships, which would fit a vast majority of human beings anyway. But NONE of the rest. In fact it is absurd to impute those qualities to Trump.
If Trump had some unusual need of praise and approval he couldn't have lasted the first month in office with the vicious attacks against him that have continued unabated in the press and the social media from the beginning. I certainly don't see feelings of insecurity considering how amazingly strong he has been at facing down his critics. Good grief, nobody has been as strong as Trump in the situation he's in, or could be.
Need to be among special people? My impression is that he prefers the company of blue collar workers and is rather uncomfortable among the elites in Washington.
Entitlement? How? Exaggerated sense of self importance? How? I see him as sincerely trying to live up to his promises to his supporters, not putting himself above anybody. Where do you get this stuff? Envy? How? Good grief, envy? That's the hallmark of the Left. And so is a sense of entitlement. Not Trump. Suspiciousness of other people's motivations? Actually I think he's way too trusting and accepts people into his inner circle he shouldn't have accepted, because he isn't suspicious enough.
And so on. I think this list is at best Liberal Paranoia and at worst Leftist hatred finding a bunch of lies to rally round.

You really think his constant craving for praise isn't feelings of inferiority, insecurity, and low self-esteem, and an extreme need for the approval of others? A need for excessive praise and attention? Remember the cabinet meetings where every secretary had to suck up? The many campaign rally for others where he talked almost exclusively about himself?
And preoccupied by fantasies of great achievements, power, or recognition? Remember how he said "North Korea is no longer a nuclear threat"?
I could list many many more facts demonstrating how well every item on the list fits him for you to hand-wave away.

Or how about, "Mexico will pay for the wall."

I don't know what to say.
You call liberals elitist but here you say outright that millions of Americans that don't agree with you don't deserve to count because only you are right.
So gerrymandering, racist ID laws, closing local voting precincts, and anything to keep down the votes of the wrong people is acceptable since you are one of the right people.
If you had done any research you would see that millions in urban areas vote for both major parties, minor parties, split votes among parties, etc.
Self awareness is not one of your strong suits I see.
Perhaps you are right. In which case you need to explain what you mean.
You don't realize how what you do and say is perceived by others. That's why you express hate and evil with casual indifference. Your animosity, insensitivity and grandiosity are all symptoms.

Yes, very scary. There is a large cohort of ignorant and scared people who will follow anyone promising to lead them from the quagmire of misfortune that is their lives by blaming all their problems on others.
But the promises are lies. Coal isn't coming back. American manufacturing isn't going to experience a rebirth. Immigrants are not stealing jobs and costing a fortune. Isolationism and tariffs are not a roadway to economic success. Climate change is not a myth.
Head in the sand politics is never successful in the long term because reality eventually intrudes.
