Can we please be very careful with the term “healthy”, when it is applied in relation to disability. My stepson is heavily autistic, for example, but that does not make him unhealthy.

Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?

If you want to be particular about it, a foetus that will have additional or special needs, yes.
