God only has one requirement for a person to receive eternal life.
He has offered a free full pardon to anyone who will receive it.
The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled twice that a pardon is not in effect until it has been accepted. No one can be made to accept a pardon.
God has and is offering you a free full pardon if you will accept it.
