I gather that Trump was objecting to something Cummings said about him but I don't remember what, someting that provoked him to point out Cummings' egregious failure as a politician in his own town. Your point is? What Trump said is only the truth about Baltimore's condition, that Cummings as the one in charge should have been able to do something about with the billions he's had to spend on it. What did he do? Pocket the money? Where did it go? It was supposed to go to clearning up that miserable situation with the trash and the rates. And Cummings can also be heard desribing that situation back in the nineties. You'd think he'd have done something abou tit by now, and the fact that he hasn't suggests corruption.
And again, it's the cities run by "liberals," the left wing, that are all deteriorating. Where we have tent cities inhabited by drug addicts who are given the drugs by the government, who throw their needles everywhere so that people can step on them and whatnot, and have no toilet facilities so that the streets are like a little India with feces and urine everywhere, keeping out tourists and prompting the closing of busiensses in the area. All these cities get beaucoupl dollars to clean up the mess but they don't get cleaned up.
The reason blacks poll so low in approval of Trump is that they never get to hear the truth about him, all they ever hear is the Leftist proopaganda that calls him a racist and so on. Some blacks know better but the majority never get that information because the left runs the media. Read Mark Levin's latest book "Unfereedom of the Press." Really, it would be an eyeopener for most on the Left. The polls only reflect what the media have dished out for years.

Yes, but they are more than "regressive," they are an absolute disaster, all brought about by the wonderful "compassionate" liberals. Letting people rot in their tent cities or whatever other infested areas they inhabit in these cities, while billions of dollars have been given to clean them up but haven't been used for that purpose. Where are the counseling clinicts, where are the housing facilities or even at a minium where are the toilets and showers? Those billions could have bought some of that, even all of it. Not to mention the wealthy "compassionate" liberal residents of the city who live a mile or so from the horrors and offer no help.
Your hatred of Trump isn't helping either because he knows what is going on and tells it like it is while they tell lies about him and turn people against him for no good reason.
If you had actually checked things out before posting them, a problem when you believe anything that falls into your belief set, you would know there are problems with this documentary. This documentary has been soundly debunked and shown to be very inaccurate.

Cummings didn't say anything to which Trump responded. Trump attacked Cummings because Cummings just got subpoena power.
