Let’s say you’re an arrogant billionaire used-to-be and stupid enough to get caught with your pants down and your financial shenanigans exposed to the oligarchs and powers that be in Russia. You get bribed and blackmailed into running for president. You make the deal with the devil. In exchange for help getting elected you make policies, foreign and domestic, to do whatever you are told but you are so stupid and incompetent you look the fool to all the world and screw it all up and get yourself impeached anyway.
