Apparently, suggesting that hydroxychloroquine should be used as a treatment for coronavirus. From which we can only conclude that Percy has completely lost the plot.
​
Unfortunately, he's not alone. The spectacle that is Donald Trump seems to somehow turned discussion over a proposed medical treatment into a hyper partisan issue of grave importance to millions of people.
​
It's bizarre to watch.
