Anecdote: Dallas County
Just so ya'll know. I got my Texas Absentee Ballot on 23 Sept in Munich, filled it out and submitted it to the German postal authorities (Deutsche Postamt) a day later on 24 Sept. I tracked its course first through the German system which placed it on the US East Coast on 28 Sept. Then through the Texas Track My Ballot website I saw that it got accepted and processed on 3 Oct. At the Dallas County Elections Offices, (Toni Pippins-Pool head administrator).

I was damn well pleased, bug in a rug and soforth.

Good Luck to everyone today.
