I actually think you have that backwards. The longer we go without finding credible evidence for the lab leak hypothesis, the more likely that the natural origin is the correct one. Tracking down the natural origin is notoriously difficult, in comparison with finding evidence of malfeasance.

The situation isn't great around Chicago. But it isn't real bad either. I don't think there's a hospital overcrowding issue. I'm not sure about Wisconsin.

$200 per month (the Delta Airlines charge) does make for a strong incentive. But some people are very stubborn. And some of those will file law suits against Delta.

Vaccines and antibiotics are very different things. You cannot generalize from the one to the other.
