Probably don't want to bother watching the whole thing, but I thought I should put this moment of Donald rational intelligence into the record (wow - as three consequtive words - "Donald rational intelligence").

I'm sitting in that little red-orange area in northeastern Minnesota. That area is a small but most populated area of the county. The entire county population is about 11,000 (2020 census). The color shade seems to be the 50 to 60 per 100,000. Which for that area might be about 3 cases.

Even in 2022 when covid deaths were low we still see people dying at a higher rate than before... Young vaccinated people

What makes you think that? Why not young unvaccinated people? Or unvaccinated people in general.
