I used to be one of the best readers in elementary school. Dont anyone feel sorry for me...I had many opportunities in life that others have never had. So you peaked in elementary school. Not surprised. I warn my boys not to peak in middle school. So far so good. 11th grader continues to grow each year. 8th grader shows continued maturity and ability each year. I turn 61 next week, too old for this but love every minute of watching them grow up.

"If Biden dies", not much if any talk from notable political commentators about one little historical fact; The U.S. has had 8 presidents die in office, 4 from natural causes, 4 by assassination. Every time, the voters selected their vice president, or another person of the same party to be their successor. People have a natural tendency to be sympathetic towards the party of a president who dies in office, and it's understandable. Anyone can see that Biden has a better chance of dying in office than most past presidents. The Dems are in the drivers seat if that happens, and it's one of the reasons he's so protected and defended by the news media, the FBI, the DOJ etc.You may now cut loose with the vulgar name calling.

How is the FBI under the leadership of conservative Trump appointee Christopher Wray protecting and defending Biden? How is the DOJ protecting and defending Biden, especially given the absence of the constant berating we saw under Trump of the DOJ not protecting and defending him enough.--Percy

I wasn't referring to physical protection, I meant protection from investigation, protection from most questioning about his and his family's past and present corruption. Trump is much more likely to be assassinated, considering all the hate that has been drummed up against him by all branches of the political left. Short of any major unforeseen changes, Trump will have it. Recent polls show that his popularity actually goes up whenever a new witch hunt against him is all over the news, be it about yet another woman he knew 40 years ago coming forward, to the "tremendous national security hazard of the documents that were stored at Mara-Lago", while nothing is said about Biden's garage's security.Most of the other Republican candidates are really solid, I wouldn't mind seeing one of them beating Trump, - DeSantis, Scott, Elder. Pence is a wimp. Christie the RINO is just a Democrat plant, pretty easy for me to see that most, if not all of his campaign is funded by the Democrat party, and his only job is to hammer on Trump. I think that will backfire too, he's not likeable. It will help Trump. I'd like to see Trump pick Tim Scott as his running mate. Scott would then be good for 2028.Ramaswamy is really good, but he has a goofy name, don't think we'll ever have a president Ramaswamy. Christopher Wray is no longer conservative. Several prominent people in politics have done 180's, almost always because of the way the money flows. Joe Scarborough made about $135,000 as a VERY conservative Republican Florida congressman in the 1990's. Now he makes $6 million per year as a liberal pundit. Former Clinton advisor Dick Morris went the other way, he now writes for the NY Post. It happens, different people have a harder time than others understanding these 180 degree flip flops, but few can deny they are real. 2 + years into the current Democrat administration, who knows how Wray's income has changed, not only in the amount, but where it comes from. ​
