They are busy replacing the procedures governing elections and the officials who oversee them in a way that benefits themselves.Republicans are far more motivated than Democrats to take charge of the electoral machinery. Democrats working on elections believe the result of their efforts will be clean and fair elections. Republicans believe the result will be that their guys win.
