To owe any taxes the annualized SS figure and that plus the interest has to be multiplied by 0.5 and the result for married, filing separately living apart for the whole of 2022 has to be more than $25,000. so I don't have to file and also the withholding was 0.00 so i don't have to file to get that back and therefore I save a stamp.
