That's not personal shoplifting, that's organised, large-scale theft. If that happened everyday the store would employ security, not just because of the revenue loss but because of reputational damage.

I can understand that, it's not right that people can just do that sort of thing and you naturally want to try to stop it.

But it ain't your shop and the owners don't care so why should you?

As the shoplifters become more brazen we fear for our security personally.
