My opinion?First off, Israel knows (or feels) it needs to take care of its enemies before it is forced by international pressure to restrain itself. The source of the weapons against Israel (from Houtis, Hezbollah, and Hamas) is Iran.Second, Israel wont tolerate Missile attacks from anyone for very long. War is war. Hezbollah made it their war, not Israel. So did Hamas initially in this latest round.Third, Israel counts on US support. Without us, they are at the mercy of their enemies. (Not counting God, who likely would prefer no war from anyone.)

Why is the focus on war crimes? Was Hamas initial action a war crime? Was Lebenons Hezbollah firing rockets into Israel not a war crime? Was Iran funding terrorism not a war crime? Were the Houthis not also guilty of acts of war?When is an act of war a war crime or not? Is hiding a missile in a civilian apartment complex a war crime?My point: Israel's enemies are at least as guilty of war crimes as Israel. War is like that.
