Hmmmm. I saw an absolutely beautiful reliquary in a museum - in St. Louis, I think, and maybe a travelling exhibit from the Vatican. It had a little window where you could see an actual slice of Saint Somebody's Liver. It did actually look pretty good for being 700+ years old, but "incorruptible" would be overstating things. It was beyond being ready to saute, I mean, no matter how many onions you used.
Mummified would be my bet.

Russia has kept ol' V.I. Lenin on display and "incorruptible" for over 80 years now - though I suppose they own up to some formaldehyde in the deal. The technology is around anyway...
