God's Science project

How do gamma burst, neutron stars and black holes fit into Genesis? Is this part of God's divine plan, or is He just being ineffable?
I somehow do not remember reading anything in Genesis about gamma burst or neutron stars or black holes for that matter. Isn't it best to leave the Science explanations and observtions to the scientist rather than to attempt to merge modern cosmology with ancient mans primitive understanding of creation? *What I mean is humans know so much more now about the nature of how universe operates. Is it fair to compare this to ancient text?* It is (IMO) accepted by those who subscribe to creationism that the mechanisms of how the universe unfolds is God's personal science project and now through scientific methodology is being better studied and understood by humankind. *edit astericks*
