Yes the earth & sun align with the black hole in the center of the milky way , twice each year to be exact and has been doing this for 4.5 billion years.
very simple.

Earth-----Sun-----Earth-------------//------Blackhole
The plane of the Earth's orbit and the galactic plane lie at a 60 degree angle to one another. There is never a time during the year when Sun, Earth and galactic center lie on the same line.

No not on the same plane but still in conjunction.
Sure, but while your diagram may be somehow hinting at conjunction, to most people it's going to look like a linear arrangement of Sun/Earth/black-hole. A linear arrangement twice a year would truly be a rare and incredible event, but I see now that that's not what you were saying.
Concerning conjunction, I 'm worried that the credulous are going to miss the irony in your reply and think you're agreeing with the incredible claim about alignment, which was this:

The earth, the sun and the milky way aligning with a massive black hole in the center of the milky way.
The irony that the credulous will miss is that every simple planet/sun combination (one sun, planets in mild elliptical orbits) everywhere in the universe is in conjunction with the Milky Way's black hole twice an orbit.

For a conjunction/alignment, you will need the plane of the star/planet orbit to include the Milky Way SMBH.
Bluescat clarified that he meant they're in conjunction, but you're saying that they actually *are* in conjunction/alignment.
Not to endorse any of the nonsense, but if the SMBH is indeed in the plane of our ecliptic, then since this should be true of well less than a percent of planetary systems (at 1 degree of resolution) it does seem rather incredible, in the sense of being unlikely, unless there are gravitational effects at work.
