This seems a little light as an OP for a topic, but I have to confess that I can't readily see what you could expand beyond giving us some more details of the light in which you have viewed the question.

P.S. That clotting factor thing sounds highly dubious to me, I can't find a single reference to any clotting factor which reaches peak level at day 8.
