Thanks ned, I think I recognized the issue because ninja's class "debate" is very similar to the idea that science should be treated like a court trial, which was something I argued against in the thread I recently opened in "Is it Science?"So kind of good timing for me.After this recommendation I feel sort of silly for also having (admittedly) posted one of the most fatuous replies in that same thread, joining absholom in shallow mockery... my apologies.------------------

That topic has been moving pretty fast (or at least a lot of messages are pilling up). I just got back to skim the thing, to get the greater context.
