I don't show a bias when I base my opinion on lots of information that an individual has posted.
If my conclusion is based on bias rather than fact perhaps you can show how Buz is actually "getting it" at all. Even a tiny little bit. Just a smidgeon. Can you?
"Getting it" is totally subjective to the one condescendingly claiming otherwise, no? Because whatever you claim that Buz doesn't "get" may very well be evidence of something you don't "get." I mean, while I'm sure that in your mind you have all the right answers lined up in sequential order, try and remember that there is a distinct possibility that you're wrong.
Even supposing he wasn't getting something, you know damn well Buz is not one of the people on this forum who speaks out of line and with blatant disrespect. And this after years of abuse at the hands of his detractors. Even if you don't agree with his beliefs, just be constructive about it. While debate can be heated and impassioned there is little sense in straying from civility, especially when you are in an admin role.
Please don't act as if it is unreasonable to expect some kind of professionalism while you are in a position of authority. You would expect it from the police, and forum members expect it from you here. Reserve your activism for when you are in a member role.
The bottom line is that you're out of line, and it wouldn't at all surprise if at some point Admin quietly pulled you aside and tell you the same thing. Over the years it would appear that you're quite prone to this, whereas the other admins don't seem to have this problem.
This is the last response in this vein as any furtherance of this discussion would be off topic.
