The only known fire breathing dinosaur in the fossil record is the "abitlikeafrogasaurus" of the species "handpuppet" immortalised alongside Doug Mclure in the lost world.

What did noah do with all the shit undone?. Where did he get all the feed and fresh water from?.

I am not a creationist as my previous post, which hopefully you bothered to read, clearly states (hence the reason I was systematically highlighting the flaws in the Behemoth = dinosaur belief).

The book of Job is widely considered among Biblical scholors (not to be confused with fundimentalists) as the oldest book in the collection we call the Bible. As such, it far predates Christianity. If it was stolen, it was by the early Hebrews.

why are so many evolutionists putting down the creationists? shouldn't this all be about the academic reasoning about which is right and which isn't? Now, what if the Behemoth is not a reference to dinosaurs? I personally am a creationist, however, I do not believe in the New Earth theory. I believe the Earth is millions of years old at least. And I believe it also doesn't matter, it doesn't mean anything if humans lived at the same time as dinosaurs anyway. If they did, why would they be stupid enough to be close by? Humans no doubt were very scared of dinosaurs if they existed at the same time, and thus humans would not live very close to dinosaur remains.

I agree that to fear The Creator is the beginning of all knowledge.
Come on now, do any of you honestly believe that there is no Creator.
I bet you won't tell him that. Look around you! Have you ever been caught out in a bad storm - walking - it is so scary. Have faith, quit being the doubting Thomas. "There is nothing under the sun that has not been here before.

Hi there, Lou, welcome.

Faith isn't really knowledge, though, but belief without evidence.

Yes, it can be scary. This is evidence of a Creator why??

How about nylon-digesting bacteria? Were thy here before?

To doubt blind faith in favor of evidence is the source of all knowledge.

Did you learn that crap in catechism from one of your pedophile priests? No wonder you are an ex-catholic! Unbelieveable!

Humans scared of Dinosaurs before the flood?
According to the bible ( God's Infalable Truth )before the flood ( When Dinosaurs walked with man )All men and animals were vegetarians ( They only ate greens ) So humans would have no need to be scared of dinosaurs here is a couple references.

Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Genesis 1:30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

But then after the flood God said

Genesis 9:1 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

Genesis 9:2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.
Genesis 9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

and this gets very detailed but basically the majority of the Dinosaurs would have been killed in the flood, and then what did survive through Noah's ark would not have been able to survive due to the severe climate changes, from the fallen firmament.

Hi, 247, and welcome! You certainly had to dig deep to exhume this thread!

from the fallen firmament.

Something tells me you may enjoy it here.

So, old T-Rex wouldn't dream of killing you for that last banana?

There's an easier answer, the dinos were all dead for at least 65 million years before humans appeared.

and this gets very detailed but basically the majority of the Dinosaurs would have been killed in the flood,

The majority of everything wwould have been killed according to the Noah myth.

and then what did survive through Noah's ark would not have been able to survive due to the severe climate changes,

Which dinos wouldnt be able to survive what particular climate changes?

Why did dino's die out after the Flood but other animals survived?

from the fallen firmament.

I wasn't aware that the Bible said that the metal dome that covered the flat Earth fell, where does the Bible say that?

Re: Humans scared of Dinosaurs before the flood?
Hello thinkinggod...

I am here at Ghost Ranch
http://www.ghostranch.org/
and though I learned how to pronounce "Coelophysis" from ICR programs I am having a hard time thinking about the geology here in terms of Noah's flood despite the reality that I am participating in a "week for peace" with the Presbyterian Church and everyone I interact with for this time is all about the the supernatural.

I just came back this afternoon from the Chinle horizon and it was not hard to find a fossil mud patterns. I got to the top of the Jurassic horizon and it makes some sense perhaps that there was a flood here in the Tertiary but to say that all the layers I can see were caused by a single flood or that the Coelophysis were killed by Noah's flood and "NOah" in the religious sense is hard for me imagine (I mean that in a positive way). At the end of the day I still find that extant creatures are just another ""geological layer on top of it all just as Leon Croizat (see my http://www.axiompanbiog.com)said but that this is in a different temporality than the mud patterns (thus man and dinos together is hard to fathom at these depths).

Best,
Brad

Re: Humans scared of Dinosaurs before the flood?
Hey Brad,

Read these verses and then i will explain.

How Long was the Flood?
Noah Enters the Ark
Genesis 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

Genesis 7:12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

Genesis 7:13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;

Noah Leaves the ark
Genesis 8:14 And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.

Genesis 8:15 And God spake unto Noah, saying,

Genesis 8:16 Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee.

Okay and preflood imagine over the earth a firmament (water canopy) surrounding the earth causing a green house effect of perfect whether all the way around the earth as mentioned in Genesis 1:6,7

Genesis 1:6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

Genesis 1:7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which [were] under the firmament from the waters which [were] above the firmament: and it was so.

So when this flood occured, all of the water trapped in the firmament was released causing non stop rainfall for 40 days but not only was it coming from above... the bible says that in genesis 7:11 "all the fountains of the great deep broken up" so they also had an earthquake like motion in the earth with water being forced to the top bursting from the crust of the earth.

and now a simple science experiment explains the rest... imagine this flooded earth for a full 370 days...with all the mud and dirt from the rain and quakes released into this flood.

now take a glass jar or bucket. fill it half way with dirt and half with water but use also different kinds of dirt and then shake it and when it all settles you will see all the different layers of sediment which is a perfect explanation of why we have these different layers.

Hope this helps there really is alot to explain here other than this. so if all possible watch this video it explains alot of what we are talking about here.

If this link doesn't work...Go to freehovind.com go to watch hovind videos and then the video titles The Hovind Theory.

Take care
