the Armageddon will take place a thousand years after the Last Trumpet that signaled the end of tribulation. after the last trumpet, Jesus would come down and set up the New Jerusalem to rule there literally(with His bride). satan meanwhile will be imprisoned in a "fiery lake of burning sulfur.after a thousand year reign, Satan will be released(for a reason I don't know. probably to give him another chance), and will deceive the nations outside the New Jerusalem and to gather them for Battle.after that is the Armageddon.
