corrction:
I meant to type: TO: lindum You are free to doubt if there are a-a-theist. In fact, if you are truly a professed skeptic/atheist I would expect this. I am not surprised you did not decisively say I was not a a-a-atheist. Perhaps, you have empathy regarding my a-a-atheism. I can only speculate why. LOL By the way, I am not in the UK but I can appreciate and dish out dry British humor as well.

quote: Oh, my, being in retail service, I have certainly experienced this phenomena. A customer comes up and asks you where X is. You inform them that you don't carry X. They insist that yes, you do, and that they bought X off of that very shelf (points to shelf) not more that a month ago. You know for a fact that we haven't carried that product for the last 3 years at least, possibly 6, since you are responsible for not only knowing about everything on that particualr shelf and in this particular section of the store, you are also responsible for ordering the products for the entire section of the store as well as pricing everything in this section and building displays in this section of the store. IOW, there is no possible way that this customer could have bought X from you a month ago. They have obviously constructed a very false memory, complete with an image of where the product was displayed. The best you can do at this point is to say, "I'm sorry, we don't have it today.", and then go tell the story about the person to your coworkers. correction to last post:
"a-a-atheism" should have been "a-a-theism"

Ken,
I asked you to supply me with an instance where a skeptic accused a believer of atheism, or demanded strong evidence that the believer's Christian faith is genuine. What you cited was a post in which PaulK called you a hypocrite for claiming you are an expert on Biblical exegesis, in particular about the Jonah myth. What you intended to achieve through reminding us all of how badly you've been spanked on virtually every occasion you've tried on the authority hat is anyone's guess. Rave on. regards,Esteban Hambre

When Ken get's whomped up on as usually happens he has two tactics. On forums when there is an ignore list he just ignores all the posts that ask questions he can't answer. Since there is nothing like that here he will probably try to get a moderator to ban him so he can slink off and claim he was winning.

he just ignores all the posts that ask questions he can't answer. Heck, I've been waiting to find out what this thing he says I believe in is for 12 pages now. I have been paying little attention to this stupid thread, and only just noticed one of my past posts being brought up.
To correct you the post referred to was a reply to Buzsaw, not Ken. It in no way challenged Buzsaw to prove that he was a Christian. And if I were to issue such a challenge it would be based on evidence to the contrary rather than on the basis that such a demand may be made for no reason whatsoever.

TO: Paulk
I have no problem admitting when I am in err. I was mistaken. You called my Christian brother Buzzsaw a hypocrite (see: http://EvC Forum: Jonah and the whale - It happened! -->EvC Forum: Jonah and the whale - It happened! ). I do not see, however, how it makes much of a difference.

Please bring me a lion of an argument. I tire of you threatening me with being knawed to death by your diseased and lame rats of an argument.

Ken, if you admit to being in error, than please answer the original question that your error was in answer to.

If atheist did not really exist or they were very tenuous one would be not surprised if I and mikethewhiz and Buzzsaw were kept secluded in the free for all area. It seems as if all of us have!
I guess the professed atheist do not want to see any new threads like this: Alledged Bible Contradictions and Bible exegesis

We could just compile all of these into one big thread, and call it "Portrait of an Asshat".

Paulk called another Christian a hypocrite and readers are encouraged to see the link to see the context. Please see the definition of the word hypocrite. So there is no demonstrable difference especially since the Christian was defending me.
I see no reason to respond to lame and diseased rats of an argument instead of real ones. TO: ALL Again, please bring me a lion of an argument or at least a puppy of an argument. I tire of you threatening me with being knawed to death by your diseased and lame rats of an argument at best. In short, I see no reason to be beat dead horses.

Ken, please stay on topic. Buz and Mike are not restricted to the FFA. The topics you wish to start have nothing to do with this either.
If you do not remember it, the question was asked here http://EvC Forum: Psychology looks at atheism and theism. Also, atheism is tenuous/non-existent/rare .. Please give a concise answer or withdraw the claim. Posting other than this will result in a suspension. Have you read those threads, Dan? They are hilarious. I wish that kendemyer were allowed to post more threads here. He's even more fun than whatever.
