You see I have never seen one shred of evidence that the big bang happened. Not that I have not read a lot about it.
Those two sentences don't go together, somehow. I'd think it would be quite difficult to read a lot about the Big Bang without having seen at least some mention of cosmological-scale redshifts or the microwave background radiation. Heck, ICANT, you've
seen microwave background radiation - we old geezers that grew up before cable TV all remember the "snow" on channels we didn't get strongly. A significant part of that is MBR.
