And yet God has spared Canada from horrible natural disasters since we legalized same sex marriage, not a single hurricane up here. So clearly God wants the gays to marry.

Re: Gods fault lines
In the 1990's they banned freon and other particulates emissions from factories because they were concerned about global cooling.
Tell me again what planet you're writing from?
I think the problem is they simply have used our fossil fuel as a fall guy one way or the other, etc...
Enjoy !!!
-------------------------------
NEWSWEEK published a small back-page article about a very different kind of disaster. Citing “ominous signs that the earth’s weather patterns have begun to change dramatically,” the magazine warned of an impending “drastic decline in food production.” Political disruptions stemming from food shortages could affect “just about every nation on earth.” Scientists urged governments to consider emergency action to head off the terrible threat of global cooling.
In the mid-1970s, scientists were focusing on an increase of dust and “aerosols” (suspended droplets of liquid, mostly sulfuric acid) in the atmosphere. These, the result of increased agriculture and burning of coal in power plants, lower the Earth’s temperature by reflecting sunlight back into space.
Seems to me that if it’s not one thing it’s another. Either we are doomed to freeze to death at our own hand, or we’re doomed to melt. Wouldn’t a balance of both keep us from getting too hot or too cold? (honest question)

Chuck Tatum of North Augusta, SC, comments:
Having worked in a Weather Center since 1989, I do not believe that there is global warming. I know that many of the statistics come from sloppy scientists whose instruments are not calibrated every 6 months by skilled electronics technicians - as ours are.
Rev. Merwin R. Joy of San Cheboygan, MI, comments:
I just heard the facts are in. The earth has increased 1 degree over the last 100 years. That's global warming?

Re: Gods fault lines
And it's real nice of this God fella to let his GF Katrina kill pretty much the old, poor, and infirm when he was targeting the healthy and homosexual.
If the gays coming out of the closets wouldn't of turned tail Katrina might well of been a direct hit. Though it really was about land for Peace the gays just made an interesting target.
Hopefully New Orleans has learned their lesson because well can New Orleans substain another near direct hit. It was a pretty big spanking hopefully George W Bush will not force Israel hand and the gays will stay in their closets.
New Orleans can not take another near direct hit, perhap we really should not rebuild as its built on sinking sand.
kjv Matthew 7:26 And every one that heareth these saying of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

Re: Gods fault lines
Gays put the bullseye on New Orleans
Sodom and Gormorrah the men young and old and Lots guests, they wanted nothing to do with Lots daughters. The angels were sent to destroy it. There may of been more to its destruction than just the gays like New Orleans but interestingly the gays played a part in its destruction.
kjv genesis 19:13 for we will destroy this place because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.
And yet God has spared Canada from horrible natural disasters since we legalized same sex marriage, not a single hurricane up here. So clearly God wants the gays to marry.
To the LORD belongeth veneance and recompence, perhaps the things that shall come upon them that make haste. kjv deuteronomy 32:34. Aids, sexual diseases, etc...?
What treasures is the Lord God talking about in respect to verse 32:34 if not sexual diseases. Personally I think this how God is dealing with sodomites and heterosexual out of marriage relationships and not just in Canada.
It says he will be merciful unto the land, thus it appears the judgment is more in respect to his treasures that might well be all them sexual transmitted diseases. That their foot shall slide in due time, it makes haste, etc...
kjv deuteronomy 32:43 It says to rejoice "ye nations" with his people for he will avenge the blood of his servants. and willl render vengeance to his adversaries, and "will be merciful unto his land", and "to his people".
kjv deuteronomy 32:33 Their wine is the wine of dragons and the cruel venom of asps.
kjv deuteronomy 32:34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?
kjv deuteronomy 32:35 To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.

I couldn't find any verse in the bible that supports gay marriage.

Christians are warned that God gave them up to uncleaness and a reprobate mind in respect to the judgement of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
kjv Romans 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleaness through the lusts of their heart, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
kjv Romans 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.
kjv Romans 2:2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
kjv Revelation 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

That's my new favorite Bible verse! "Things" like driving to Dallas at 2:00 AM to buy a six-pack of Abita Amber, d'ya think? Or really not convenient like taking a plane from Seattle to New Orleans for it?

No, I might decide to golf a course 100 miles away. I might want to go boating and drive 130 miles. I might decide to take a vacation but too me non of these are examples of the reprobate mind.
kjv Matthew 7:14 Because "strait is the gate, and narrow is the way", which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Examples of reprobate thinking too me would be more like this great sermon written by Rev. Don C. Modarelli.

Pastor: Rev. Don C. Modarelli
Topic: General
The Anatomy of a Reprobate Mind Don C Modarelli Begin with story: Samson & Delilah (Judges 16:1-21)Samson was a man secure in his role with God.While his muscles pleased God, his mind catered to sin. When he came across the dream woman, he started to dream. The key to his fantasy, "Lie to me, Delilah."Tell me you love me.Tell me you won't hurt me.Tell me we can live together and I can still serve God.Love made Samson blind. His false confidence in God made him careless and arrogant.
My Assistant-Pastor wanted to buy a motor from a shady person He feared that it would be a stolen engine. To appease his conscience legally, he asked, "Is it stolen?"Afterwards, he realised he didn't care if it was stolen. He wanted the man to tell him what he wanted to hear. The key to his fantasy was, "Lie to me, Thief."Tell me its not stolen.Tell me I won't break the law in buying this.Tell me I won't be sinning by buying this from you.His desire for the good engine at the unbelievable price made him blind. His relationship with God made him feel he could recover from this sin.
What do you want to do that is wrong, but want to do it with "sincerity"?First you begin to doubt the sinfulness of doing it.Then, to grant you amnesty you might ask someone, "Is it okay?"You don't care if it is sin or not, you want to be misinformed. You may have to ask several Christians to get the answer you want. The key to your fantasy ...

Sure would be.
Charley you are aware right now there are people starving to death, going cold, suffering because of the lack of a $5 prescription.
Did not Jesus say that whatever you do to the least of the poor is as if you did it onto him?
Now stay with me here....
You go golfing, vacationing, boating and enjoying the good life why the equivalent of the your lord and savior goes hungry and freezes and suffers????
Maybe that is why he gave you the scripture you quoted.
Matthew 7:14 Because "strait is the gate, and narrow is the way", which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Narrow indeed. I sense some warm weather in your future.
