Yes in deed it is impossible in our times under ourconditions. If you look at the atmoshperical difference from then till now (aka post flood) life spans have decreased rapidly. Yes as modern medicine improves life span grows, but since the water canopy was let go and the biblical flood ended the oxygen levels have decreased and the radation levels have increased.
But you just made all that up (or someone else did).
This is a perfect example of something I despise.
Instead of looking at evidence and coming to a conclusion, you are coming to a conclusion and then looking for a way that 'evidence' can be twisted and spun to fit within that conclusion.
We see Biblical Literalists do it all the time. When given an obvious contradiction in the Bible, any explanation that they can think of, or make up, that maintains inerrancy in the Bible but also somewhat conforms to reality is the explantation that they "choose" to believe in.
Basically they want to have their cake and eat it too.
There is no extra-Biblical reason pointing to a water canopy or a change in the atmosphere that would lead to shorter life spans. This is just bullshit that someone made up to forge a plausible explantion for what the Bible claims. It is pretty much lying.
These certainly are christians that have no honor.
