Once Again Faith misrepresents other's positions.
Putting Mary in the place of God is something Catholics should be very very worried about.
And you have been told, by both Roman Catholics and Non-Roman Catholics, that that is a misrepresentation of what is done.
You have been unable to supply any supporting information that Roman Catholics put Mary in the place of GOD. The sites you linkied to were a blog, some op ed piece and the one you seem to most agree with, the site of a Bigot and fomenter of terrorism, Ian Paisley.
Isn't it time that you stopped misrepresenting other's positions?

Faith continues to post misrepresentations.
Sorry but you have yet to show a single example that supports your assertions and in fact, many people have pointed out to you that you are wrong once again.
Until you can provide some support for your assertion it would be best if you simply stopped misrepresenting what people do.
What YOU believe folk do has no bearing on the reality.
I don't disagree with the reformers, only with those who are not capable of distinguishing between reality and fantasy and those who support a religion of bigotry and intolerance.

Truly stupid comments from Faith.
If you ask Mary to intercede with Jesus for you, from the Reformation Protestant point of view that is putting her in the place of God.
How is asking someone to interceed for you putting that person in the place of GOD?
All there is to say about it is that Protestants consider that idolatry and Catholics don't.
Again, please provide some evidence for that assertion. You have yet to show it to be anything but the unfounded rantings of some bigots.

Yet more stupid comments from Faith
A few million Catholics simultaneously asking a mere human being now in heaven to intercede for them is putting her in the place of God.
How is asking someone to interceed with GOD, person ---> Mary ---> God, putting Mary in the place of GOD?
She can't hear them and if she could she couldn't answer them.
Again, totally pointless and with no relationship to the question. Can you provide evidence that Mary cannot hear them? Where do Roman Catholics ask Mary to answer them?

Re: Makes me glad to be an atheist
One little problem, Faith is not a Christian.
Oh, Faith is no doubt a Christian just as Paisley and Dobson and Phelps and Robertson and Falwell and Hinn and Jones and Scott and Wyatt and and Tilton and Roberts and Swaggart are Christians.

Faith makes yet more unsupport assertions!
She is not this goddess that the RC church has made of her.
Please support your assertion that the Roman Catholic Church made Mary a Goddess or admit that once again, you're wrong.

Needs some support Faith
... those who have made a little godlet out of the humble Mary...
Perhaps you can provide support for the assertion that someone has made a 'godlet' out of Mary?

Re: a bit of clarification and edification.
i was referring to the first war, the war of rebellion.
But it is in both 1 Enoch and in First Adam & Eve. Both of these were quite popular at the time of Jesus and infact Enoch is specifically quoted in several places in books among the common Canon.
official doctrine, well they probably don't preach about it in mass on sunday morning, but we protestant sure haven't heard of it and all the catholics i know have.
This Protestant knew about it. It was even featured in this Frontspiece from my Yearbook (Hint, it carries a banner and is located at the horses ass).

Re: a bit of clarification and edification.
Certainly not part of the Dogma, but it was one of those things like the Grail and true wood of the cross and such that was fascinating to a bunch of teenage boys locked away on the summit of a hill. LOL
TTBOMK it was never more than myth.
