former speed of light

I don't know whether that is possible or not. I believe angels existed before humans and that the 6 days of creation were actually restoration. Also, somewhere the Bible says Adam and Eve were clothed with light. When they sinned, they found that they were naked and the whole creation was subjected to the "bondage of decay".I have always wondered exactly what was meant by the separation of light and dark.There DEFINATELY is a spiritual world. Any doubters only need visit the heathen tribes in Africa or Indonesia or South America or carribean or visit the "channelers" as they are called in America. Sedona Arizona is a hot spot for this. My mom has met two demon possesed people. I have met one here where I live. Some people, like my friend Micah, have been allowed by God to see the spiritual world.There IS a difference between spiritual and physical light. Spiritual beings cast a shadow in physical light, yet eminate their own spiritual light.I don't know if there was a separation of the two universes or if there is just a whole lot more of this universe in dimensions beyond our 3 that we cannot currently perceive.

To deny the spiritual world is gross ignorance or neurosis.HAVE you seen the actions of demon possesed people or channelers or witch doctors or whatever name they go by???Please add evidence or productive thoughts to this debate rather than YOUR antagonistic opinions.

Well, what about UFO's? These things (which I believe are fallen angels) appear and disappear in the visible spectrum, hover, accelerate almost instantaneously and then make acute angle turns at very high speeds. This points me to the fact that they are utilizing other dimensions. Such accelerations would rip apart any physical thing in our known dimensions. And things in our known dimensions do not just disappear. If things operating in the spiritual dimensions are not bound by our physical dimensions, then it is certainly possible that "spiritual" light could travel at a different speed.Whether you want to call it a spiritual universe or a multidimensional physical universe, I know there is a whole lot more going on around us than what we can perceive.

I think Arkathon needs to revise and describe the speed of light to be near infinite. If it is infinite, then what you are saying is true, if it is near infinite then when the spiritual photon and physical photon separate the physical light would be left in transit.

Actually, this does not refute the evidence for small-scale yet statistically significant periodicity in red-shifts which have been found in galaxies out to 850 million light years.The 2dF QSO relied on redshifts gathered from quasi steller objects at varying great distances and is not sufficiently accurate to pick up the small scale quantization found by Tifft, Cocke, Gutherie, and Napier.The 2dF QSO findings do not refute the quantized redshift data. So this is why I am telling him that pursuing this might actually lead somewhere.

I do believe there is spiritual light. I know this from descriptions in the Bible and the testimony of the dude that lives next door, and others which all make sense; however, I don't have too many reasons to believe it is connected with the physical universe in the manner you describe although I have not ruled it out.

Here's an idea I'm rolling around in my head right now:Perhaps, spiritual beings have a certain amount of very localized control over the physical universe. If a spiritual being desires (and if God allows), it can manipulate zero-point energy and allow photons to be emitted at any wavelength in order to form an "apparition". It might also be able to manipulate the electron flow in a human's brain in demon possesion in order to take charge of the person's body.I can't decide if a spiritual being is bound at all by the physical universe and if it is by what dimensions. Perhaps if we had the ability to observe local changes in space density or zero point fields we would see spiritual beings. I donno, just a thought.

I forgot the chapter and verse, but there is the story of Elijah and his servant. The king got pissed at Elijah because he kept telling his military secrets, so the king surrounded the town Elijah and his servant were in. Elijah's servant looked out at the armies and got scared. Elijah said don't worry "those who are with us are more than those who are against us." The servant still was not comforted. Then Elijah prayed, "Lord open his eyes so that he may see." and then the servant saw angelic armies in "chariots of fire". It is as if God opened the servant's eyes to a whole new spectrum of light revealing the spiritual world.This is exactly like what my friend Micah described as well.
