Damn, he beat me to it.
Why did you include Rrhain on the list? He's never claimed to be an atheist. Or anything at all, for that matter.
If you think you know his religious standpoint, you're making a considerable arrogant presumption, I feel.

You guys really should observe logic, and not over-conclude by adding your own information, as I don't seem to be able to find where he said Rhain is an atheist.
Fair enough. One way to interpret his statement is that he's lumping three vocal atheists together, except that Rrhain may not be an atheist.
Another way to interpret his statement is that he's listing three persons who have taken opposing positions in the past; you would be right that that's not calling Rrhain anything at all. Maybe that's what he meant.

Also, part of what makes a deed good is that it is done selflessly with no expectation of reward.
You don't think cooperation can be a good thing? I mean, certainly altruism is good, but that doesn't mean that the only good deeds are altruistic ones.
Isn't it, as the saying goes, a better deed to teach a man to fish than to give him a fish? Does it stop being a good deed if you hire him to catch fish for you?

But how would we understand and appreciate the good of altruism if every good deed were rewarded here on earth?
By the fact that we were rewarded for it. That would be our clue that we had done a good thing.
