Re: Believe It or Not
Of course. God could force everyone to acknowledge His presence but it is said that the Spirit is a perfect gentleman.

Of course I suppose that to a logical mind, He could send a lifeboat, a helicopter and a paramedic should you ever need them.

Perhaps the bigger question is whether or not you would recognize the ringtone when He did call you.

Gosh, you are talking a lot about what God could or could not do.

How do you know?? What is the evidence for this that doesn't start with making tons of assumptions about God.

Is this known as 'making it up on the fly'

In absence of evidence and real world data, anything can be claimed.

But, can you show those claims are true?

Re: Jesus is alive
I find when someone uses the 'spiritual intuition' or 'discernment' argument are people who just are willfully ignorant and are using deflection.

No, not at all. The passages Christains claim to be about Jesus follow a specific pattern, and the vast majority fit one or more of the below categories

1) Mistranslated
2) Out of context.
3) Shoe horned into place.
4) Written to, after the fact
5) Self full filling.
Quite a number of the Christian interpretations are quite dishonest as a matter of fact
