Did you see the little exchange where Sam Harris was questioned about reincarnation?He basically dodged the question and made it seem that he was less than fully skeptical that reincarnation is real. While I don't think this invalidates some of the very interesting things he has said throught the talks it did seem to make him appear a bit of a hypocrit.

That was a pretty interesting interchange. I thought it was weird that he kept saying, "... the neural computationalists can't explain ...blah blah blah...." almost like it was some kind of weird sect battle and not actually science at all.So you haven't actually gotten then to the section with Sam Harris talking about reincarnation?

Percy turned me onto these and seriously, they are probably the most entertaining radio/podcast experience I have had in my life to date. I just finished all the archives (wow what an endeavor). I would certainly recommend starting from the first one though and working your way up because there are some personal surprises that I think would screw you up if you did it backwards.
